The FOXTROT operator undertakes, through its integrated Quality, Safety and Environment management system, to concentrate all resources necessary for this purpose and to comply with the regulations in force as well as the requirements set, Respecting, defending and promoting human rights.

The means implemented by FOXTROT to achieve this objective are based essentially on the following 6 axes:

  1. Ensure the physical integrity of staff, their facilities and service providers by strengthening occupational health and safety (OSH) prevention through worker consultation and participation and ensuring the availability of safety equipment;
  2. Respect the environment by implementing appropriate measures to limit the risk of accidental releases and reduce environmental impact, including measuring and reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) generated by its activities;
  3. Satisfy its customers and partners with regular gas delivery, accompanied by controlled reliability and predictable plant availability;
  4. Cultivating excellence, the individual empowerment of staff through training to develop and improve their know-how and motivational actions aimed at increasing the proactivity and competence of their staff;
  5. Maintain relationships based on the ethics and values of society. They must be irreproachable and mutually beneficial towards its service providers by enhancing listening, ensuring compliance with its commitments and maintaining healthy business relationships;
  6. Ensure continuous improvement of the organization, through causal identification of problems encountered and their permanent resolution.

Objectives of this policy will be set and reviewed regularly during the reviews.
