Mr. Patrice TAUZIA is a mechanical engineer from Sup Meca Paris and specializes in Structural Dynamics. He also holds a DEA in Industrial Mechanics, Structures option.
Mr. TAUZIA has extensive experience in the hydrocarbons field, spanning 30 years on 3 continents, and speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. .
He began his professional career in 1994 at L.C.I.E (Laboratoire Central des Industries Electriques), a certification body and subsidiary of Bureau Veritas in Fontenay-aux-Roses, where he held the position of Environmental Testing Manager (vibrations, mechanical and acoustic tests, corrosion studies, etc.).
After a one-year stint in Central America in Guatemala, where he was Production Manager for the Xan onshore field and Rubelsanto (34,000 bbls/d and 120 employees), Patrice TAUZIA spent 10 years in Gabon, at Perenco and Maurel et Prom, respectively as Director of Maintenance/Integrity and General Manager.
After this African experience, Mr. TAUZIA also worked in several Latin and Central American countries for more than ten years, particularly in the subsidiaries of Maurel et Prom in Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela, do not hold the general management. Last position, Patrice TAUZIA was in charge of a new production asset purchased from the major Shell on Lake Maracaibo (potential was 25,000 bbl/d with more than 380 employees and an exploration block in Colombia).
Since September 2023, Mr. Patrice TAUZIA has been the General Manager of FOXTROT International and aims to continue the development of FOXTROT International while respecting the interests of the various shareholders and partners.

After completion of the first cycle of undergraduate studies (DEUG, BTS) in 1987 and service in the Navy, Philippe ROL worked for Schlumberger Testing from de 1990 to 1997. He then joined Perenco and worked as production engineer and offshore facilities supervisor until 2001. He then spent the subsequent 5 years as a consultant assisting various petroleum operators and oilfield services companies.
He joined Maurel et Prom et in 2007 and took part in the launch of the Gabonese subsidiary before his appointment as Operations Manager.

A graduate in advanced accounting studies (2005 Class) of the Graduate School of Business (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de l’Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny) of Yamoussoukro and the holder of a Master degree in Accounting and Audit (Master Comptabilité, Contrôle & Audit) awarded in 2014 by the Centre de Formation à l’Expertise Comptable d’Abidjan (CIFEC), Karim Coulibaly began his career in 2004 in the Audit and Consulting Departement of Mazars Côte d’Ivoire.
He started as a trainee and successively moved up to Junior, Senior, Manager and Senior Manager and was an audit and consulting expert in the sectors of Energy, Industry and Agri-Business and Development Projects.
Karim joined FOXTROT INTERNATIONAL LDC on December 1, 2014 as Controller and Finance Manager with supervisory responsibility over the following units:
- Financial Control;
- JV Accounting and reporting ( CI 27 and CI 502 blocks);
- Treasury;
- Payroll and tax.
He is appointed Corporate Secretary on january 1, 2019.

Former student of the Lycée Classique de Bouaké, BAC series A2 obtained in 1989, he obtains his Master ès-Lettres, English Linguistics option in 1995 at the University of Abidjan became Université Félix Houphouët BOIGNY.
He then worked as an interpreter on various pipeline installation projects for US groups specialized in the construction of pipelines, including WILLBROS WEST AFRICA for the installation of the 12’’ and 4’’ pipelines of APACHE CÔTE D'IVOIRE in 1998. At the end of this project, he was recruited by APACHE CÔTE D'IVOIRE in December 1998 as Technical Manager of the Jacqueville Office and based on site, position he will hold until August 1999.
In September 1999, he joined the Abidjan headquarters to take up the position of Administrative Manager. In April 2000, APACHE CÔTE D'IVOIRE changed its name to FOXTROT International.
In January 2005, he took over the position of Head of Personnel and Administration at FOXTROT International, then in August 2007 the position of Head of Human Resources which he held until December 2012.
In January 2013, he was appointed Director of Human Resources.
Finally, since 2016, Ohounou YAO is a specialist in intra-company mediation and conflict management.

Graduated in Oil Geology at IFPEN in 2004, Jérémy Fortun then developed an expertise in Studies & Consulting at BEICIP for 5 years to join several projects of oil operators (Maurel&Prom, Perenco) and gas (ENGIE, Foxtrot). These development projects, and more occasionally Exploration, have led him to work in many African sedimentary basins (Algeria, Tunisia, Gabon, Chad, Sudan) and South American (Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina). After a « two-year university degree » and a Bachelor of Sciences, both in Mechanical engineering, Philippe PERRIN joins Dowell Schlumberger in 1982. He leaves five years later to go back to University and graduate with Honors in Petroleum Engineering at the French Institute of Petroleum in Rueil Malmaison – Paris.
He joins Elf Aquitaine in 1989, where he gains extensive experience in Drilling and Completion, Onshore, Offshore and on the first large Deepwater developments in West Africa.
After 2005, he works as a deepwater completion advisor with other operators in West Africa and Mediterranean Sea.
He joins FOXTROT International in 2008 to take the Drilling Manager position.

Alex Nanou graduated in 1998 as electromechanical engineer from the « Ecole Supérieure Interafricaine de l’Electricité (E.S.I.E ) » in Bingerville.
He started in 1999 as Chief Operator based in Azito, and was responsible for the line running to the main facilities for processing and delivery of natural gas destined to both the Azito and Vridi power plants (Azito O&M, Ciprel).
From 2000 to 2006, he held the position of Offshore Supervisor, in charge of the actual FOXTROT platform.He came back onshore in 2006 as Onshore Supervisor in charge of the delivery of natural gas to sites that included Vridi and Azito.
He became Production Superintendent in 2013, and was subsequently appointed Deputy Production Manager in 2014.

Mines Civil Engineer, Fabrice BOULANGER is a Mathematics teacher from 1989 to 1991 in Ivory Coast, as part of a volunteer national duty foreign teacher program, before joining Andersen Consulting in 1992 as consultant in organization and information systems. He was promoted to Divisional Manager in 1996, and joined the TF1 Group in 1997, becoming Manager of IT Studies in 2003. In 2007, he is appointed Chief Information Officer of the Les Journaux du Midi Group.
